On December 20th, 2023, InMotion Hosting and our family of brands made a switch to a new asynchronous messaging.
Since that time, we have been testing and updating our Helpdesk to make your experience with our services better. However, after carefully evaluating your feedback, we’ve realized that this change has not provided the support and convenience we aim for.
We understand that for some of you, this update in our live chat service was challenging, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration it may have caused. Our main goal has always been to give you the best possible customer service experience, and in this instance, we recognize that we fell short of your expectations.
So, we’re pleased to announce an immediate reversion to our previous live chat system, effective February 13th, 2024. Our chat system is available 24/7, as always, to ensure your questions are being answered. Additionally, we want to assure you that we are actively working through open tickets you may already have with us to provide the best support.

Your feedback has been invaluable in helping us identify areas for improvement, and we’re committed to continuously refining our services to better meet your needs.
